Only alternate technologies, new startup, upgrade existing startup and upgrade technologies can make us technological independant. Need to motivate youth and involvement of existing business house in the process of establishing new startup. The college and university should develop programs for growing qualities among students and they realise the need of new business oriented leaders. College and universities should start new elective vocational and skill development courses so that student can improve leadership quality, technical and scientific skills along with their regular course work. Thia is easy to achieve, we can start work shops especially for our students and motivation level of student should be high, this is a primary duty of a mentor and a teacher, make student aware about the current global challenges and prepare students for face the challenges of life. Just qualifying the course exam is not enough and duty is only partially complete. Get a good teacher is really very fortunate for a student. There are many scheme and programs of government of India and state government in this direction but the youth rarely get complete information about the open opportunities.
Initial working capital is a real obstacle for starting any new startup, a authorised body, incubation centre, NGO, college or university can arrange this seed fund as a starting working capital and facilitate the growth of startup by keeping appropriate control and mentoring. A big deal is that people do not wish to left their comfort zone and not wish to take any risk or challenge.
We at our incubation centre JJTU and MITWS office are regularly motivating youth so that they can bring their new ideas to us and we support them by providing appropriate mentorship and guidance or we help them by providing appropriate consultancy for materialize their concept or idea.
I appeal existing business houses and expert people that they may join hand with us, we especially invited industry people as our future funding partners.
This is the high time and todays need , we all understand the gravity of new startup companies in the overall growth in the development of rich local ecosystem. We should put our best efforts to make India a technology independant country. We should minimize our import of technology and product. We need a sustainable eco friendly model for the development. Our mission is to develop local industry for job creation and make youth self sustain. As we are "not for profit organization" and our all efforts and activities are for the well being of youth, root level innovators and students. Joint honest and sincere effort can only bring a change and make a miracle.
