Post lockdown period need to support people for making economical and financial stable, rebuilt the path for generating new employment opportunities especially among rural youths.
The current situation in many small towns are that many small-scale industries lose its customer base, have liquidity problem, money stuck in the market, and the market is down.
Many people are now unemployed and if employed the owner of the company do not give them any salary, some company/organizations cut the strength of staff. The migrant labor return to their village and most of them are unemployed now. In the village the condition is difficult for the economical weaker section who do not have their own land and have no family member in any government or good job. People are trying to avoid investing their money in expanding business.
The pass out student are looking for job but due to pandemic they are not seemed to willing to go in another city for a job or business. It is obvious that govt lift the lockdown in a step by step way, but there is a still a great risk for infection. Actually, the danger is not over but by considering the economic side the govt has lift the lock down. We see daily the number of infection people increase.
For making our youth stabilize in this situation, MITWS decides to support students and youth of Nawabganj.
In this line, we are looking locally available resources which can convert into a new innovative product and which open new source of income by investing a small amount, feasible and according to the present skills and abilities of youth, part of their dreams and star a limit locally available resources. We initiate support 4 rural startups - Guidance for making business plan, refining ideas, market survey, suitable training and skill development, internet facilities, computer and library facilities, sharing of our resources, connecting with other business house and funding partners, information about required certification and documentation, meeting with consultants and technical experts, video lectures and others.

Other than that we also provide online consultancy and guide youths to start suitable digital entrepreneurship.
There are enough opportunities, but we need to recognize our weakness and strength and after making an appropriate business plan a youth can set up a successful startup. It is important to consider for a new startup a person should need all these following qualities- wish to learn and ave a keen interest to start, have dared to take risk, hard-working and follow instruction of its mentor, dreamer, creative thinker, decision-making ability and commitment for a task.
