In india, a big force of working people, but unfortunately many college pass out students do not get an right opportunity at the right time. A pre-decide concept persisted in the mind of students that we complete our degree and try for an govt job. It may be very true in light of  job insecurity and low salary in private sector. The current need of job market is there should be job creator and initiating an environment for supporting new startup companies and small and medium scale business models.

We are located in the rural area of bareilly district and we here in observe that many time the rural youth do not get an opportunities to explore  their talents, not get an appreciation and reward when they have dis some event  or act or develop by thinking an out of box thinking.e are developing our self as a platform which support youths in various ways -  mentoring them for designing a new product, guide to prepare project report  for new startup companies, facilitate to link them with exisiting incubation center, building link with research laboratories. Networking with  companies and non government organization. We also support for necessary documentation affliation and submission of the project/plan for appropriate funding under some government agencies.

We also try to understand what other necessary training required by an aspirant enterpreneurs or start up company.
