Mahamana Innovative Technologies Welfare Society (MITWS) is an association of researchers and teachers, most of them are working as regular employee in various academic and research institutes. It was registered on 14 September 2012 under Society Act, Sec 21, 1860 at Nawabganj, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. MITWS members include government/private organization representative involve in science, technology, and social welfare programs, research scientists, managers, technicians, private consultants, educators, enforcement personnel, information specialists and students. The activities of MITWS are carrying purely as a service for the humanity. We are acting as a bridge between academic and industries and contributing a important role for engaging a number of people in the process of nation building. The core working domains of MITWS are education and research.

term and condition for association



Terms and Conditions for the Association

1.         Research project carried out at “Technology Translation Center-MITWS” belong to the technical area under the common interest of MITWS and funding organization (approved the feasibility of the project by senior academic and industrial members).
2.         Industrial technical issues (related to product development/process improvement) was identified and evaluated by the members of MITWS and a improved technological solution for a specific issue will be drafted in the form of a scientific/technological project).
3.         A feasibility report for a project will be drafted and evaluated by a joint team constituted by the representative of both parties. In addition external advice on the technical issue will also take under consideration.
4.         Industrial research carry out at TTC-MITWS will be funded by your industry for a project / technological/ scientific issue.
5.         MITWS will manage and utilize the fund received from your company/organization for achieving objective of said project successfully.
6.         We will send an expenditure and utilization report of the fund to the funding agency/ company/partner every six months.
7.         Research assistance will provide to researchers who work on the said project. Amount of stipend will be decided on the basis of mutual agreement of MITWS and funding partner /industry / organization.
8.         MITWS confirms that the output of the said project (patents, research papers or any other public demonstration/exhibition/claims) indicate the contribution of all parties (MITWS, representative of funding organization, PhD Scholar/inventor and advisor/supervisor work under the said project).
9.         MITWS will intellectually support the said project and engage the people in the project carried out for experiments/evaluations/data illustrations/drafting and publications the research works/ patents.
10.     MITWS submit a progress report to the funding agency / funding partner.
11.     MITWS will trying to complete the project in the prescribed duration agree by both parties.
12.     Technology developed/translate/scaled will transfer to other industry under a common licensed agreement among all the concern parties.
13.     The royalty of any developed technology will be distributed in the following manner- 40% Funding agency/organization, 30% MITWS, 20 % Research supervisor, 10% Research scholar/assistant/root level innovator.
14.     “Mahamana Innovative Technologies Welfare Society” maintained the integrity of this agreement with honesty and sincerity, and we make our best efforts for the success of said projects.
15.     Initially the validity of the agreement is for the period of 1 year and latter on it will be renewed up-to the completion (maximum duration 3-5 Year) for the said project.
16.     MITWS will try to provide satisfactory completion of the technological demand of the concern industry. We will also provide the free technical consultancy for the product development and process improvements.
